In comparison, aluminium structures are typically lighter but rely more on the glass for support, making them less robust and unusable for variety of projects.

Every project is different, the duration depends on the number of doors or windows, and whether it is an internal or external project. Smaller projects can often be installed in just a day. For larger projects, the installation time may vary. Your project manager will be able to provide you with a more accurate timeframe based on individual aspects of your order.
Steel doors don’t need any special treatment. You will receive a maintenance document which will specify more information following the completion of your project.

Our doors offer excellent acoustic performance with a sound reduction rating of Rw 45 dB. To give you a perspective, standard internal doors in UK homes typically achieve only up to Rw 29–32 dB.

The standard colours included in the project cost are JET BLACK (RAL 9005), GRAPHITE GREY (RAL 7024), UMBRA GREY (RAL 7022), BLACK GREY (RAL 7021), ANTHRACITE GREY (RAL 7016), and SIGNAL WHITE (RAL 9003). All other colours from the RAL palette are available upon request.

Thanks to steel’s strength and high melting point, doors can be made up to 3 meters heigh, meaning the size is fully customisable to suit your opening. The shape of your door or window, including a variety of arches, which we template one-to-one to ensure a perfect fit is also something we offer.

Yes, we offer steel profiles that are fire-rated, which means they’ve gone through accredited testing and are certified for use in residential and commercial buildings. Before you start looking for fire rated doors for your home or commercial buildings, we advise that you have clear specification of the fire regulation required. At Bespoke Steel Doors, we offer steel profiles to meet the United Kingdom building regulations.
At Bespoke Steel Doors, none of our doors are off the shelf, every single one is custom made.
We can absolutely manufacture the doors in standard United Kingdom sizes, if that’s what you need, but even these are individually made for each customer.

Yes, our surveyor is usually available within 2–3 working days to take precise measurements of your units and prepare the technical drawings needed for production.
